1. Order Cancellations

1.1 Cancelling an Order

You can cancel your order — but timing matters.

Delivery Orders:
Cancellation is only possible before preparation has started.
Once your order is being prepared, cancellation is not possible.

Pickup Orders:
You can cancel before preparation begins.
After that, the order is considered in process.

1.2 How to Cancel

To cancel, contact us immediately:

If the order is eligible, we’ll cancel it and you won’t be charged.

1.3 Cancellation Charges

If preparation has not started → No cancellation fee.

If preparation has started → cancellation may be refused and full charges may apply.

2. Refunds

2.1 When Refunds Are Given

We may issue refunds in situations like:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Missing items

  • Damaged packaging

  • Major quality issue

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Refunds are reviewed case-by-case.

2.2 How to Request a Refund

Send us:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • What went wrong

  • Photos (if applicable)

  • Whether you prefer replacement or refund

2.3 Refund Processing

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be issued if:

  • The order was prepared and delivered correctly

  • The issue is based on personal taste preference

  • Cancellation request came after preparation

We encourage customers to review orders carefully before confirming.

4. Delivery & Pickup Issues

4.1 Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates. Traffic, weather, and peak hours can cause delays.

If the delay is extreme and affects quality, contact us — we’ll review it fairly.

4.2 Incorrect Delivery

If you receive the wrong item, notify us immediately.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund for the incorrect product.

4.3 Missed Pickup

If an order is not collected within the pickup window, we may dispose of it.
Refunds may not apply in such cases.

5. Order Modifications

Once an order is placed, we generally cannot modify:

  • Items

  • Delivery details

  • Pickup time

If changes are needed, cancel (if possible) and place a new order.
